The JCQ guidance is central to the process of determining access arrangements. There are many links and references to the guidance.

The page number given is the document page number as you will it see at the bottom of the guidance page. The number given in the PDF viewer will be slightly higher as there are several pages of contents before 'page 1'.

The link will open up the JCQ guidance in PDF format in a new window (or tab, according to your own browser settings). So it is possible to have the materials open alongside the guidance.
