New College Worcester (NCW) is a nationally and internationally regarded non-maintained special school, devoted to the education of vision impaired young people aged 11-19. NCW has a good OFSTED report and an Outstanding Care OFSTED report.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic member of staff to provide a high standard of care to students with a vision impairment, in a proficient and sensitive manner that will enhance their academic and social development. Direct contact with the students involves developing and delivering care programmes appropriate to their age and understanding.

19 hours per week / term time only
NJC SCP 9 – 17; £16,755-£18,672 (pro rata for 19/45 hours: £7,074 - £7,883)
(NB: Annual salary will be paid by 12 monthly payments)
Your likely pattern of working will be as below, but this is at the discretion of the
Tuesdays : 07.00 – 09.00, and 16.00 – 23.00 (30 min break)
Thursdays : 07.00 – 09.00
Fridays : 07.00 – 09.00, and 16.00 – 23.00 (30 min break)
