We are looking for enthusiastic QTVIs to join our Service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established service with a commitment to quality improvement.

This post involves providing support to children and young people with VI, their families and educational settings. This is a peripatetic posts covering 4 local authorities (Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bath & NE Somerset).

You will be able to communicate effectively with a variety of professionals, parents and children and have a good level of experience in working with children and who have SEN, direct experience working with families and ideally good knowledge of how to promote education access for children and young people with visual impairment.
Travelling to and between different schools and other settings is required.
Available posts: 1.5 FTE.
Salary: MPS + UPS (if applicable) + TLR 2.2 for qualified QTVI pro rata - pay range: £24,000 - £42,224.
