We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, motivated professionals who are committed to working in partnership with all of our stakeholders and who seek to improve the outcomes for children with vision impairment. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as contributing to the wider team within the Service. They will also need to be able to use the specialist technology used with pupils with vision impairment and work closely with the team around the child to ensure equipment is used effectively. The ability to be well organised and to meet deadlines is essential.

The Service provides a mentorship programme for all
new members of staff and for those in training.
