RNIB

Education research

The RNIB website has a wealth of education research reports that that relate directly to LMA . It includes reports on Education Provision, Attainment, Accessibility, Braille, Early Years and Transition.

Literacy and technology research

The RNIB Knowledge and Research Hub also has sections that include Reading and Braille Research and Technology research.

Scottish Sensory Centre

Papers and Publications

The Research section of the Scottish Sensory Centre website contains papers and publications relating to education and visual impairment.

Communciation and aids

It also has a Visual Impairment Education Resources Section that has notes, articles, activities and publications on a range of topics relevant to LMA including braille and tactile Communication, the use of Low Vision Aids, and Technology.

Key issues

The SSC site includes a Braille and Tactile Communications section with useful summaries of presentations on key issues.
