Continuing assessment
By Phase 2 the child's literacy medium (or media) will be established and the QTVI will be satisfied that the medium/media used by the child are appropriate to the child's needs.
The remaining part of the LMA will be typically an annual process designed to assess whether the child's literacy medium or media remain appropriate for the child's educational needs.
