RNIB College has our Family Open Day on Saturday 7 October, 10am until 2pm .
Attendees will be able to:
· enjoy our enterprise learning environment
· see our student accommodation
· meet students, staff and our Governors
· join in taster sessions and activities
· hear about our Further Education, independence programme, day time activities and respite provision
We are a small friendly residential college, offering specialist support to young people and adults with vision impairment and additional disabilities.
Our Further Education (FE) offers students the opportunity to:
• develop their independence
• prepare for work, volunteering or training
• build their personal life skills
• learn about looking after themselves
• get out into the local community.
Our students can either learn through our enterprise-based programme or study for a mainstream college course at our partner mainstream college, Loughborough College, located next door.
