Code Jumper is an educational tool centred on creative play, that helps children, regardless of their level of sight loss, learn computer coding and programming skills through a unique, physical system. Designed for children aged 7 to 11 years, this award-winning product takes coding off the computer screen and puts it physically into pupils’ hands. Any teacher can facilitate Code Jumper lesson plans, there’s no prior computing experience required.
Originally designed by Microsoft and developed by APH, Code Jumper is distributed by RNIB and HumanWare in the UK. It aims to bridge the skills gap and open up the world of coding to every student.
Hear for yourself about the Code Jumper story, discover what it can do and, better still, try it out for yourself by joining us at this UK launch event at 2pm to 4pm on Friday 17 January 2020.
